Sobia Ali-Faisal (Dept of Psychology) and Dawne Knockwood (Dept of Education) will be facilitating a workshop on building solidarity among Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour (BIPOC) communities on campus for our well-being. We will be applying liberation psychological theory to: explore ways in which colonization impacts our well-being determine ways in which to challenge colonial understandings of being to create safe spaces for ourselves build community among BIPOC peoples on campus When: March 15th, 1 - 3pm Where: Andrew Hall, Room 142 For: Faculty, staff, and students It is a free workshop and refreshments will be provided. A Community Forum on Immigration, Mobility, and Economy

The Atlantic Research Group on Economics of Immigration, Aging and Diversity, Saint Mary鈥檚 University will present 鈥淎 Community Forum on Immigration, Mobility and Economy,鈥 at McMillan Hall in the W.A. UPEI Multicultural choir

The UPEI Multicultural Choir will meet in the basement of the Robertson Library Building, Room 103 this Wednesday, March 13, 4:30 - 5:30. The stairway is in the hallway of the building -- do not go into the library.  This is a one-time only change from the usual location. For all future weeks, the choir will continue to meet in the SDU Main Building Faculty Lounge. All welcome. Come out, for fun and relaxation, and share your voice with others from a dozen or more countries.

The Faculty of Education invites members of the campus community - students, faculty and staff - to attend a public presentation by Dr. Kathy Snow, candidate for a tenure-track position in Educational Leadership & International Education.
