This week鈥檚 UPEI Panther Subway Athletes of the Week for October 4鈥�17 are Brinten Comeau (Women鈥檚 Rugby) and Kasper Lasia (Men鈥檚 Soccer).

The Bachelor of Education (fran莽ais langue seconde) program is recruiting students for the 2022鈥�23 academic year. Applications will be open only until October 31, 2021.

Award-winning author Katherine Dewar is launching a new book about women veterans.

Anne Simpson, national award-winning novelist and poet, will read from her new novel and poetry collection on Thursday, October 28, at 7:30 pm in The Carriage House at Beaconsfield Historic House, 2 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Today, the Honourable Dennis King, Premier of Prince Edward Island, and Dr. Alaa Abd-El-Aziz, President and Vice-Chancellor of the 91福利在线你懂的, announced the expansion of the Faculty of Nursing and UPEI Health and Wellness Centre, as well as the establishment of a new Faculty of Medicine at UPEI.

It鈥檚 home-opener weekend for UPEI Women鈥檚 and Men鈥檚 Hockey! UPEI Women鈥檚 Rugby is also looking to improve its 2鈥�2 season record with a home game on MacAdam Field in UPEI Alumni Canada Games Place.

After providing health care to students at the 91福利在线你懂的 for the past 30 years, Dr. David Reid has retired from the UPEI Health and Wellness Centre. Dr. Reid began practising at the health centre at UPEI in 1991, making him one of the longest serving doctors on the campus.
