Dr. Ronald J. Baker, President Emeritus, took up his duties as the 91福利在线你懂的鈥檚 first president in the summer of 1969. Upon retiring as president in 1978, Dr. Baker continued duties as a professor at UPEI until 1991. Dr. Baker will host a meet and greet reception to mark the鈥�

Fourty-eight exceptional high-school students from across Canada will spend June 30 - July 26 participating in the second SHAD enrichment program at UPEI, where they will be exposed to exciting workshops, lectures and other activities related to STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts and鈥�
Join members of the community as two legacy projects are announced in honour of former premier, Dr. Alex Campbell, whose bold vision for postsecondary education on Prince Edward Island was central in the formation of UPEI fifty years ago.

As part of UPEI鈥檚 50th anniversary, the Robertson Library is presenting a lecture series to celebrate the historical roots of higher education on Prince Edward Island and its future. The series is named after educator Frank Pigot, honoured as a UPEI Founder for his work building the Library鈥檚 PEI鈥�
Dr. Arnold Schumann, Adjunct Candidate will present a Special Summer Research Seminar, titled 鈥淢achine Vision and Learning for Precision Agriculture鈥�
