Independent Third-Party Review
In December 2021, Rubin Thomlinson LLP was retained to conduct an independent third-party investigation of an allegation concerning the former president and a review of the University鈥檚 workplace policies and practices with respect to harassment and discrimination.
UPEI released Rubin Thomlinson鈥檚 report, called the (UPEI Review), in June 2023. The UPEI Review contains a number of thoughtful recommendations to strengthen the University鈥檚 practices and policies and address any current conditions that do not reflect UPEI鈥檚 values.
